    Forgot to say that I loved the flow in this video. I felt like a proper yogi because I can do the flow sequences now quite well. When I first started (a year ago ish?) I was ever so cumbersome and I had to move my legs around with my hands and do a lot of shuffling about to get into the positions but now I just flow into them and I love it. This is all down to you Uliana so thank you. To anyone out there who is struggling and falling over and inflexible like I was just keep going with this channel, be consistent and it will get better. Looking forward to day 4 tomorrow. 😁🧘🏻‍♀🥰 xxx
